Disappointing Service - Avis ( Deposit Refund )

Reservation No : ********** 1-ZA-5A I hired a car from Avis on the 22 August and returned on the 31 August 2018 . I contacted them and asked them when will they return my deposit they said as soon as the bank clears the funds Its been 10 days now and they still haven't refunded me my deposit . Each time i call they said that i am must wait ....really disappointing service from Avis . I will not use them again !
