Disappointing service

Shocking service from AVIS. Rented a car in Kimberley recently. None of the additioanl charges were explained to me and I was informed that I could bring the car back at any time on my last day of using it; only to be charged for an extra day for bringing it back after 16:00. Their contracts are lengthy and detailed and the person explaining the details to me should have told me about the extra charges and how the daily rate works. The result was being charged R 2 000 more than expected. Disaapointing!
