Disappointed

Recently needed to get a rental after an incident with my car, they were very quick in arranging everything however since collection I have dealt with unfriendly and employees that continuously redirect me to someone else which is extremely frustrating. Lastly and this was the mail in the coffin for me, I have followed up on the refund of my deposit daily at this point and no response apart from an automated system. It’s been 2 weeks that I’ve been waiting and they have promised within 2 business days.

They make life very difficult when the fail to keep to their word.
