Disappointed

Returned car on the 19/07/2019 even today i haven't received my refund yet when i call they transfer to finance department but no response until hung up. Avis people how long does it take to process refund. You askec for my account number as i paid cash and confirmed it again on the 30/07/2019 but still dololo..
