Disappointed

I don't understand that when I landed here they said I must pay the fee for the car and then put a deposit which is return right away as soon as car is handed in. Now they say yes it's returned but it's probably only going to show in 3 working days. Firstly I was told that the money would be returned right away. And I was told a different amounts when I booked the car. Then we tried calling avis in Saturday and literally got the phone put down on us 6 times. I hadon't never thought I'd receive this level of service. The fact you can't give me the money you owe me in decent time is shocking. I have bills to pay and now you delaying that. So I will be telling them to call you to find out where the money is. I honestly feel you need to try do more to not inconvenience your customers.
