I am not happy with the service I’m getting at Avis Soweto. It came to my attention that every time I hire a car I don’t get refund when I return the vehicle. It looks like there's someone who’s benefiting on my refunds. I am sitting with the refund receipt as from the 1st of August 2024 until to date. Every time I’m calling the branch an I will be promised to be called back. Until today I’m waiting for someone to call me from the branch. I will never use Avis again
