Did not receive my full refund

As part of my discovery insure deal i got a rental car from Avis. The first day was on the 4th of December 2017. Car was returned on the tuesday 19 december 2017. Before i returned it i filled it up. I did not get my full deposit of R1350 back. I received R1134. Where is the other R200?
