Devious ******* and unprofessional bunch

It's very disappointing and actually painful what avis is doing to me and my bank account right now. I've tried resolving my matter on a civilized manner and, actually, 1st of all I'm not disputing that I scratched your car. 2ndly when I dropped off the car in Sandton the gentleman who inspected the car and filled in a damage report form told me that the car will be sent to headoffice and someone will contact me about the damages. A few days later I see 5 transactions going off my account,I didn't notice till avis attempted again to debit my account 6 times the next day( that's already 11 times) .only after calling my bank they tell me it's avis debiting my account. I immediately contacted avis and spoke to Kwanele she explained that they tried debiting my account because the invoice said I owe avis, fine and well I know I caused the incident but nobody came back to me after returning the car and advise me of the damages costs and actually agree to all the charges on my *** whilst talking to Kwanele she explains the invoice breakdown and for the life of me I was shocked to find out that they charged me for petrol whilst I returned the car full tanked(what nonsense is this?) She also advised she's going to log a dispute me for me. Furthermore, avis attempted again to debit my account(please imagine the penalty fees caused by avis on my account at this point). I called again and spoke to Teboho Maphosa now he seemed promising to resolve this for me and even asked me to send him POP of the refill I made on their petrol charge so he can attach it to the dispute logged. I gave him a week to resolve this and even asked that the collections guys give me call and nothing till today. I'm sending Teboho emails and it's evident his now ignoring me(still remaining civilized).

My cheque account is now overdrawn with over R2000 because of Avis, can somebody please get back to me on my dispute on the petrol charge and explain why on God's earth do I owe my bank now R2000 bevause of avis and why is Teboho ignoring my emails after he promised me feedback? ...

I REPEAT do not get me wrong I don't mind paying for the charges on the scratch and e toll charges(very clear on that) but not for the petrol you guys used and charged me for it, YOU SHOULDNT BE CHARGING ME ANYTHING OR ATTEMPT TO DEBIT ANYTHING TILL THE DISPUTE IS COMPLETED.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Hi

I am still not getting the assistance from AVIS as promised.

Anyone who's everyone feels they can do what they like with this matter, nobody is actually paying attention and doing the right thing.

Today eventually the fuel charge was reversed to my bank account, however they still charged my a service fee for refueling? what for? and also the bank charges cause by AVIS who must pay for them?

All I'm asking is charge me for what I owe. rightfully so.

What is so difficult for AVIS to do that?.... how can generating a new invoice take almost 5 working days as well?

Is this the kind of treatment and service AVIS renders?

You couldn't be bothered.
