Devastating service with inconvenience

*** I know and I understand that you said it will take up 3-5 working day's, we'll today is the 5th day and the money is till not in my account.

If you can count from the 08th of May 2021 till to day the 18th of June 2021 it marks exactly 29 working day with my money not back into my account.

This is highly unacceptable and honestly this is very furiating as is not like I'm requesting for a loan, I need my funds back.

I am not happy at all with your service and just be advised that I've ccd and bccd the bosses from MiWay as this matter has become an issue of urgency from my side, I am under financial disstress with this R2000.00 my financial situation will be much better.
