Re: Complaint regarding delayed deposit refund for reservation #***

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Avis Luxury Car Rental. On April 2, 2025, I booked and paid R65,000 for a luxury car rental, specifically a BMW 740I LI SEDAN, with reservation number ***. As per our agreement, I returned the vehicle on April 17, 2025, after extending my stay and switching to another luxury vehicle, a BMW X5.

Despite the return of the vehicle and completion of the rental period, I have yet to receive my deposit refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team via phone, I have been met with radio silence.

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and process my deposit refund without further delay. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my refund and a timeline for when I can expect to receive it.
