Deposit Unfairly Withheld

I recently had a disappointing experience with Avis, where they withheld my deposit despite the car being returned in perfect condition. This raises serious concerns about their practices, and I’m unsure if such actions are even lawful. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other rental companies to avoid similar frustrations. Unfortunately, my experience with Avis has been far from satisfactory.
