deposit still not paid back!

i rented a car at Cape town airport through Avis. They took a R1800 retainer which was said would be back in my account within 3 days after car has been returned. it is now going for 2 months later and countless calls i have had to make to Avis and to the bank. i wonder who is going to pay me cell acount?????? reference is *** C E Holland. i need this to be sorted ASAP!!!
