Deposit short paid

Taking funds from my deposit ********ly. My reservation ***3ZA4 in March 2025. Got my 1st hire car a Suziki Swift my 1st trip with it was a nightmare. The steering didn't rectify after any turn and made that trip a risk driving. Took that vehicle back immediately where they gave me a replacement VW Polo. After returning the vechile my deposit was paid back with a shortfall of R106. After investigation I was informed of toll fees. R9 for toll at Gosforth W and R40 admin fee. I used the toll road but paid for that toll in cash as that specific toll gate doesn't have a automatic toll tag gate. Enquired about this 3 times now without getting any feedback or refund back from them. They still haven't informed me what the other R57 which was held back was for. The 1st car was a faulty car which was taken back to them immediately with the 1st trip and the second car inspection was 100% and with full tank of petrol. This is very unprofesional and won't take any hire car from them in future.
