Deposit refund not being payed back

Title: Extremely Disappointing Service
I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who has been struggling to get his deposit refunds from AVIS. He is owed three deposit refunds, and despite numerous calls to follow up, he keeps getting the same response: "Please wait."
This is not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing coming from a company of AVIS's reputation. Refunds should not take this long, and the lack of transparency and urgency in resolving this issue is unacceptable.
We trusted AVIS with our money and expected efficient service in return. Instead, we are left chasing what is rightfully owed to us. Please address this matter urgently and ensure that no other customer has to go through the same frustrating experience.
