Deposit refund nightmares

<p>Rented and returned a car few weeks back. Avis had 3 holds on the account and struggling todate to get them released. Sent pillar to post and call centre agent had me on hold for over 15 mins till I gave up. didnt seem to know how to assist. Thumbs down AGAIN avis. Where is my MONEY PLEASE!!</p>
