Avis car rental will do everything in their power to take and keep your deposit money, do not use AVIS car rental if want your deposit back. The are extremely *********, unprofessional and complete ******, I will never ever use them again

Please be advised that a request was sent to your bank for them to confirm if the deposit was still on hold or if it was released. Your bank confirmed that the deposit was automatically released. The bank confirmed the amounts that were refunded to your account.

I only got refunded 1000 there is still 1400 not refunded and I need that money, it has been more than 2 months now.
