Deposit refund issues
Avis Beacon Bay, East London. I returned their car on the 18th August and was told to expect my deposit back after 7 to 14 working days. It is now the 18th day still waiting for my deposit. I made a call yesterday, was told it hasn't been processed yet. Made a call today to find out if it has been processed, they told me it was processed yesterday therefore I have to wait for another 7 to 10 working days for the money to be released to my account 😡 Why must I still wait for their procedures after they delayed my refund, no proof of payment has been sent to me to prove that this has been processed. I am very disappointed with Avis, they are a big company for this nonsense.
