Deposit refund

I rented out a car from avis on the 16 August 2020. Till now K have not recieved my deposit refund. I went to the branch in Soweto numerous times.and still didn't get any joy. I wrote emails and still battling to get the customer service I deserve. I would like to be contacted on *** and given my deposit money back.
