Deposit refund

I rented a car at Avis for 5 weeks and I was told their maximum rental days is 30 and I will have 2 agreements which I was made to pay a deposit twice. Ok fine . I returned the car washed on time and with full tank of petrol. 1 day later Avis sent out their invoices and the took their money. The money that Avis need to refund me it’s approximately R8578.59

I have been calling the call census telling me the money has be paid in account which is not true Please can this be resolved because I will never use Avis again and I trusted them to be more professional but I guess not.

Otherwise am Taking this to court as it’s my money that Avis don’t want to refund me.
