Deposit Refund

AVIS Car Rental doesn't return deposit. i have since returned the rental car on the 04th September. According to the contract, i was supposed to receive my deposit back within 7 to 10 working days. To date, i have not received my deposit and i called multiple times with no success. finally when i get through to someone, i am being asked to wait for another 5 to 7 working days. This is totally unacceptable. By looking at these reviews on Hellopeter.com, looks like this is a common problem with AVIS, i think that would be my last rental from them, Fool me ones, contract number ***
