Deposit refund

Avis doesn’t answer any of my calls and when I went to the Pretoria cbd office they lady that assisted me seemed like she couldn’t care less. I want to know when I’ll get my deposit back. I got my invoice that clearly stated that I don’t owe them anything, 7 days later still no money from them. I’ve sent emails with no response and calls are not answered. Very disappointed
