Deposit on hold
Hired a car a month ago 03/06/24 and returned the car 05/06/24, i am still having a run around with my deposit of R4650 that Avis said it was paid on 02/07/2024 but still can't provide me with being POP as promised. Being promised that the matter is being investigated and escalated but Avis haven't give me any explanation or anything tangible that i will get my money back. I feel ****med and helpless. The money and time that I spent contacting them with what is mine is such emotional darining and traumatic and I am loosing more to them. I don't think cars are important more than people.
