Deposit: not returned after a whole week
Horrible!!!!! I am still waiting for my deposit for a week! I ensured the car was early, clean and filled with petrol. And yet I have received no money back????? They said I will receive my money within 48-72 hours??? I will never again rent with this company!!!!! Utter garbage!!!!!

08 Dec 2018, 09:27More money deducted from my account???? Avis you are ******!!!!! Why are you deducting more money my account where is my deposit!!!!! I paid for the car and a deposit and you are still deducting money and not paying the money you owe me!!!!!!
