deposit not returned

I had returned my courtesy vehicle on the 15th of december at the centurion branch. Money was deducted from my account for the tyre and windscreen cover as well as e-toll but my deposit of R1200 was not returned. I have to constantly call and the centurion branch do not even answer the phone. I had contacted the call center who said my deposit will be returned by the 22nd of december but it is now the 23rd and my deposit has not been refunded. This is unacceptable. I would like my deposit of R1200 returned immediately.
