Deposit not refunded and it's two months later now

I hired a car from AVIS in Richards Bay on 28/01/2015 and returned it on 28/02/2015. I paid a deposit of R1350 with my debit card. Upon returning the car I was told that I would have to wait 30 days before I got my deposit back. When I queried this 30 days later, I was told the matter will be looked into. I spoke to Shikar. I called several times thereafter both to the Richards Bay branch as well as the head office on the number ***. Today is 01/04/2015. The money has still not been returned to me. I called the Richards Bay branch and asked for Ricky the manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes before the call was disconnected. I called twice thereafter and had the call immediately disconnected. I finally left a message with the receptionist indicating that I was going to take this further via your website as I was being ignored. Ricky called me five minutes later to say he will inquire about this through his head office. Please follow up on this as I suspect that, as in the last two months of promises, I will still get not response. The contract number on the invoice is ***<br> Warm Regards<br> Mr. N. Naidoo
