Deposit not paid back.

I returned the car to Avis Amanzimtoti in January but Avis hasn't paid pack my 1500 deposit since then. They asked for proof that I havent received and I sent my bank statement but they fail to send proof that they sent the money. Instead I am given the run around. I'm very disappointed in their service and lack of honesty.
