Deposit not paid back

Good day,

I hired a car on the 25th till 29th May and i have still not received my deposit. Ive been calling everyday and been sent from pillar to post.

It is such a shame that we require Budget as on of the best car rental companies and this is has to be my experience,

I will never book with them again!!!
