Deposit not paid back

A deposit of 1850 was taken out of my account but not returned. I was invoiced R1139.03 by Avis for toll charges and petrol which I never disputed. The main issue is the R1139.03 was debited again from account without me having received the R1850 back. This is very unfair and it shows the type of treatment customers get from Avis
