Deposit never refunded! ****************

I have rented a car with Avis Roodepoort to my dismay. At the end of the rental period I decided to extend the rental and I was charged R2997.25 initially when I swipe plus R1406.73 which was automatically deducted from my account... fine. Moreover I was charged R4781.99 on the 02nd, 07th and the 26th November. That's R9185.98. On the 10th December I was debited a whopping R7249.42 again. Which I was told that this was the total rental amount for the contract and the R9185.98 was due to us within 10 days and now it has been more.. than 30 days and no one from Avis has contacted me nor have they refunded me. What upsets me more I that I keep getting **** to because they tell m I am meant to be refunded by the bank. I have been to nedbank and I've been told countless times that the refund needs to be do by Avis. This guy called Lizo sent an email which a nedbank consultant responded an cc'd me clearly stating
