Deposit money not yet returned
I dropped the car I rented on the 8 December 2021 And they promised that my deposit money will be refunded after 10 working days which I didn't received so far, on the 17 January 2022 I did go to their offices and they promised again that they will refund my deposit after ,24 hours I haven't received my money even now

24 Jan 2022, 11:21Hi Edzisani, thanks for reaching out, As you may be aware, when a deposit is placed on hold, it is not debited from your account. It is merely reserved, the hold is at times automatically released back in to your available balance and when this takes place you do not receive a sms notification, as this was not a payment into the account. The funds fall back into your available balance adjusting it. The reversal will not appear on your statement. We received feedback from your bank, confirming that there is noting pending, which means the hold was released. Thank you -AS
