Deposit money not released after vehicle was returned!!!!!!!!!!!

I hired a car with the Avis Car Rental in Sandton on the 21st of December 2018, the vehicle was returned the following day on the 22nd of December 2018. After a couple of days I called to inquire about the deposit that was supposed to be reimbursed. I was told that the money would reflect in 7 business days.

I called back after the 7 days as specified and I was told it would reflect after 10 business days. After 10 business days it still didn't reflect. I called Avis again to explain the same issue to them, and I did not get any help.

I tried twitter as an avenue to get assistance and still got no joy from that. An entire month as elapsed and I am still to receive my money back!

I find it quite infuriating that when it comes to returning what is rightfully mine I made to jump through hoops. When I hired the car I did my part and when it's time for Avis to do theirs they are full of **** stories!!!

I will never use Avis' services again!!! They are the most disrespectful and unprofessional bunch!!! To date I am still to receive my money! As for being South Africa's leading car rental company....pssshh!! they are a bunch of croo****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
