Deposit???

<p>My car went to panelbeaters. AVIS CAR RENTAL said i will receive back my deposit of R1350 IF the tank is fulled up and the car has no scratches. And etoll will be substracted. Fine. I am STILL WAITING for my deposit. It has been WEEKS!?!???</p>
