Deposit

I rented a car from Avis on the 12th may till the 23rd June 2018 the agreement was i get 200 KM a day and every week I would go there to return the car and extend . Every agreement was signed weekly now when i was supposed to get my refund deposits..... On Monday the 16th July I spoke to Tanya from Avis customer care whom said it shows that they holding 9200 from all my rentals till today Is not reflecting in my account....How annoying???. Yesterday I spoke to another Guy who said is relised yet nothing is there. I am now drowning and stressed because of them no one is telling me why am not getting my money .
