Delivery of Avis car

Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> I went to AVIS Brakpan to drop off their car. I waited for my wife who was stuck in Sandton due to traffic. The terrible storm was approaching and It was time for AVIS staff to knock off as it was late. A gentlemen and Lady saw me standing outside and offered me a lift to drop me to a much safer place.<br> <br> I would like to say thank you very much to both these staff members who really knows how to treat their customers even using their personal cars and petrol to keep their customers happy and understands the importance of good customer service.<br> <br> Keep up the good work and may God bless you.<br> Much appreciated
