Delayed service - poor processes

Good day, I have an Optimum maintenance plan with Avis, I m not happy with their procedure and policies. My vehicle was written off on 6th March 2022. I was told that Avis would refund an amount back to the Finance house for the Optimum maintenance plan taken. I reached out to Duduzile Sibanyoni from Avis who advised me that they will take approx. 15 working days to refund the finance house. I am not happy with this process. Why does it need to take so long? I’ve never has such delayed experience with Avis before, now, I seem to be having all these issues. Can someone please speed up the process before my next debit order goes off with the finance house?

5 more days later and still no call regarding the feedback I requested.
If this is the kind of treatment you provide to your customers, then I can assure you that this is the last time I will purchase a vehicle from Avis!

According to our Fleet team, they tried to contact you however the line went to voicemail. They investigated and picked up that your cancellation request was only submitted on the 6th of April 2022 and therefore we are still within the 15 working day period.
