Delay on refund

<p>I booked a car on 2 Dec and returned it promptly on 4 Dec. There was not damage to the car and everything was confirmed to be in order. I was then advised that the funds that were frozen on my cheque card would be released within 48 hours. it has been 5 days and even though i have sent numerous requests asking for feedback and enquiring why it is taking so long, I am yet to receive a response. This has been quiet an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend Avis to anyone.</p>
