***Delay In Refund***

I am very upset with AVIS<br> <br> They claim \They Try Harder\" yet nothing is being done with fund being released back into my account.<br> They have successfully debited me what is due to them for my rental but there is not success in returning my holding deposit that is due to me :(<br> <br> What an inconvenience though!!! This is very sad!!! 0/10 for this<br> <br> On the bright side - the vehicle given to me for rental was amazing, comfortable and very petrol efficient - 10/10 on that.<br> <br> Please can this matter be urgently addressed and rectified before I personally address it via email to AVIS CEO Ronald Nelson<br> <br> I NEED MY FUNDS BACK!!!"
