Delay in car deposit rental refund

i rented out a van at AVIS VAN RENTAL MIDRAND on the 27th of March 2015. I have made numerous enquiry in terms of when exactly the deposit refund payment will be reflected on my account.<br> <br> They have shown me the proof of payment done on the 02nd of April 2015, Avis must then advise on when the amount wil clear on their side and what irks me the most is that AVIS HEAD OFFICE AND THE Midrand branch keep communicating with each other with no absolute clarity on when the problem will be resolved.It is not enough to show me proof of payment but they must advise when the payment wil clear on their side.
