Deductions from my accountvi

I very disgusted with avis rental.an amount was deducted from my bank account and i never authorised nor tried to do business with then when this was done.To my supprise the funds where taken from my capetic account and they claim they dont take capetic bank.emailed them twice and no feedback as yet.
