Deducting account without authorisation
Sadly my query is still not resolved. Ellen has been saying she's going to call me but she's not doing that. She hasn't been available in the office from Sun as I've been going there everyday 4 the past 3 days. My account was debited twice by Avis without explaination r2200 & r3580... I am ****ed off now as I had to be going to office to fix the issue and there's just no urgency... The r2200 was reversed todae only afta I had to scream. Really?? You guys really don't care about ur customers. ****ed off!!!!
