Deducted Funds

<p>On Sunday, December 18th, an amount of money was deducted from my account which astonishes me because I have no idea what it is in connection with.</p> <p>When calling the customer care line it is always 'experiencing high call volumes'. So I sent an eMail on Dec 19th at 13H03 – explaining this – as suggested by the operator which claimed a turn around time of 24-48 hours. However, I haven't been able to get through to customer care nor received a reply from the eMail I sent.</p> <p>It's appalling that even after two days, no effort has been made to try and resolve the matter!</p>
