Deduct Fees without Notification

<p>In February this year Avis charged my account R280. I have asked several times what this is for and have had no clear response. I have been losely told that this is an admin fee for a speeding fine, but no-one has confirmed for what booking nor have I been provided an invoice for this. </p> <p>It is disgusting behaviour. I am happy to pay the fee if it can be shown that it actually relates to a rental and I actually got a fine. I do expect an invoice to track this however. </p> <p>I will not be using Avis again and have made sure to let others know about this incident.</p>
