Deceit

I regret hiring a car from Avis. This morning I took the car back and was told the car has a new scratch but if you look at the car you will see that the scratch is very old. I am not sure if this is how they generate profit. I would like this matter to be investigated and can commit to avail myself when ever i am needed. I will not be penalized for something I did NOT do.
