DEBITED ME TWICE AND HUMILIATED ME BY FETCHING CAR WITH SECURITY VEHICLES!!!!

I did a monthly rental with Avis which I paid R15 516 with my debit card. I emailed for an extension which on several times nobody has responded. I was then called several days later to do a payment as it wouldnt work remotely. Avis has not only debited another R15 923.11, they have also fetched the vehicle with SWAT security vehicles humiliating me at my workplace and nobody has even called me to communicate anything!!!!! I AM DEVASTATED AT THIS ********* *******! I cant believe they way they operate, DO NOT RENT THEIR CARS YOU WILL REGRET IT! I am going to be filing a lawsuit against them! pathetic!
