Daylight roberry on etolls by AVIS car rental

Avis is charging standard etoll tarrifs yet they are equipped with etags. This means that they pay SANRAL half of what they have actually taken from the customer. When i confronted them abt this they say its for administration??? etags are for free. if they are really in support of etolls they should charge the tarrifs stipulated for etags. otherwise they are actually working against the etoll system. as it means that sanral has allowed them to profiteer from customers. On administration it doesnt ,make sense that they want to get statements for the gantrees passed when they can request such statements instantly from SANRAL direct. I paid R726 where i am supposed to pay R363. Anyone thinking of renting a car from Avis think again. Really need to warn everyone out there!!
