Had a rental from my insurance and by default Avis was chosen. Rented a Datsun Go. Upon inspection I was shown the wheel Tyre jack etc. Upon my vehicle return the Guy inspecting the vehicle found that the spare tyre was flat. I had the vehicle the for an entire month and never used the spare tyre.The pressure in the tyre was never confirmed when I received the vehicle.God alone knows how long that spare tyre has been flat for and just because the guy accepting the vehicle pressed the Tyre did he realize the Tyre was flat. I am being billed without question for Avis poor service upon inspection of the vehicle from previous drivers. I feel I am being ****** in broad daylight as I am being charged for damages not caused by me. I was the only driver of this vehicle during this period and keys were always with me. E*** has been billed R1267.61 subject to change)excl vat. To query call *** Ref; 20/*** 0/h)Avis Budget. I have queried but they have already debited R1535, 76 from my Credit card. Absolutely Ruthless and pathetic service.
