I car was involved in an accident and I was referred to Avis Thohoyandou by my insurance to get a courtesy car as per contract.

On the 10 of September 2019 I went to Avis Thohoyandou for the courtesy car and as part of Avis requirements I was asked to pay an amount of R1900.00 for deposit and they also highlighted that I will receive amount back as soon as I returns the vehicle as per agreement.

I paid the amount and received the vehicle as per agreement. On the 11 of October 2019 I returned the vehicle with no issues and also confirmed that the vehicle came back with no problems so they will refund the R1900.00 amount which was paid upfront within few days.

It is now almost 2 months and they still have not paid the deposit amount and whenever I call they come up with excuses.

This is not good services and I want my R1900.00 back asap, and in that note I will also advise people I know that Avis does not provide good services to it's customers especially when it comes to deposit refunding.

This is bad service.
