I was so shocked when I returned a rental car that I had from Avis and was subsequently charged an extra fee for the vehicle. I was not surprised when there was an issue and delay with sending me the statement and when I finally received it found that I was charged petrol for a car that was returned with a full tank of petrol. I have since sent emails asking why I was charged and asked that the money be re-imbursed but have not been able to get a response or clarity on the matter. Dont think you will ***** our money and we will just keep quiet :(
