DAY LIGHT *******

Avis is extremely unprofessional to say the least I regret even using them, their lack of communication and rudeness is on another level. After being blatantly ignored of my efforts of trying to sort out this ******* after being over charged on daily rates that were not communicated with me, no bothered to explain to me how they got to those ridiculous rates, as if that was not enough I arranged for the car to be collected, Then boom I receive an SMS that I am being handed over to lawyers and that the car was damaged and whole lot of lies to cover their excuses to bill me so much. When I enquired I was told that I dropped off the keys somewhere, and the car was damaged and I tried to fix it which is utter *******. I am very disappointed with this company and find it very unfair to be expected to pay for this without any investigation
