Day light *****

Rented a passenger car in February for 1st April got to Avis and had to wait and hour as they offered me a car I did not even rent on my documents. Then they took a deposit of 2500 which its been over a week later is still not paid back to me and to make it even worse they keep debiting money from my account another over 3000 rand just like that after they took 900 last week Monday when I returned the car the Sunday. I have had to now block my card cause I'm not getting my money back and they are still taking money from my account after sending me a statement that showed I owed them nothing and a verification phone call. I have called every second day for my funds and still No joy they really are **********.
